GKM - THE COMPANY

GKM & Associates is a National provider of corporate registers and Trust documentation used by leading Accounting and Legal firms Australia wide. Our documentation is produced and designed for ease of use and understanding.  We use proprietary software technology specifically written for our in-house use which reduces production time and the propensity for errors.

Our company has access to a broad intellectual property portfolio that is used to enter cross-licensing agreements with major Legal and Accounting firms each specialising in an area of expertise relevant to our clients.

These agreements and expertise are reflected in our superior documentation. Our mission is to provide clients Nationwide with leading edge corporate documentation necessary for their strategic advantage.

GKM established a reputation for excellence from the very moment our office became operational in 1991.  Our strength has been  reinforced by the presence on-site, of Directors who can draw on a wealth of over 20 years corporate and legal experience.  We are also registered members of the Australian Institute of Company Directors and an affiliate member of Chartered Secretaries Australia.

At GKM, this concern for the environment was present from the very conception of our Internet site.  Zero paper usage is our eventual goal. High volumes of paper, plastics and inks for company registers and toner are traditionally used by Shelf Company suppliers. At a local level GKM recycles all paper and toner cartridges when possible.
